Terms & Conditions

Services Offered

Dig’n provides private meal prep delivery, luxury catering services, and bespoke private dining experiences in Metro & North Atlanta. Our services include:
Meal Prep Subscription Plans (weekly or concierge-based).
Luxury Catering for Private Events (tiered menu options with seasonal flexibility).
Private Chef Experiences for exclusive clientele.

Dig’n reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.

Booking & Payment Policies

Catering Bookings: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure event catering. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.
Meal Prep Subscription: Payment is charged weekly in advance for meal prep services. Late or declined payments may result in service suspension.
Late Payments: A 10% late fee may apply if final payments are overdue beyond 5 days.
Custom Requests: Any additional menu customizations, ingredient sourcing, or private chef services will be billed separately at market rates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Meal Prep Subscriptions

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following week.


Refunds:

  • Full refund if canceled before ingredients are sourced (minimum 7 days' notice).

  • 50% refund if canceled within 3-6 days of prep start.

  • No refunds if canceled within 48 hours of scheduled meal prep.
    No refunds for consumed meals. If a client dislikes a meal but has already eaten it, no refunds will be issued.

Catering & Private Events

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to qualify for a partial refund.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Dig’n cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

Dig’n values client privacy, particularly for high-profile and NDA-protected clients.
No client names, event details, or personal data will ever be disclosed without explicit written consent.
Dig’n offers NDA agreements upon request for celebrity, executive, and high-profile clientele.
For security, all personal and payment details are stored securely and never shared with third parties beyond necessary service providers (e.g., payment processors).

Client Responsibilities & Liability

Clients must provide accurate dietary preferences, allergies, and event details before booking.
Dig’n is not responsible for undisclosed food allergies or dietary restrictions that were not provided before service.
Clients are responsible for proper meal storage upon delivery—Dig’n is not liable for food that is stored incorrectly or consumed beyond its freshness period.
Dig’n is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, emergencies).

Food Safety & Dietary Disclaimer

While Dig’n follows strict food safety protocols, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen.
Clients with severe allergies must notify Dig’n in advance, and all precautions will be taken to prevent cross-contamination.
Dig’n is not liable for food sensitivities or allergic reactions unless due to negligence.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content, branding, menus, and images on the Dig’n website are intellectual property and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Unauthorized use of our branding, menus, or photography for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Dig’n is not responsible for client dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.
Dig’n is not liable for food-related illnesses if food was properly prepared and stored according to health guidelines.
✔ Clients agree that Dig’n’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
