Dig’n is a private meal prep and luxury catering service specializing in scratch-made, seasonally inspired menus for intimate gatherings and high-profile events. We offer: Private Meal Prep Delivery (custom chef-prepared meals delivered to your home) Luxury Catering Services (for exclusive events and milestone celebrations) Bespoke Dining Experiences (chef-curated, white-glove service)

3. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? Absolutely! We offer gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and allergen-conscious menu options upon request. Please note dietary needs when booking.

Catering Questions

4. What are the guest count requirements for catering? The Gather Menu: 15 guests minimum The Harvest Menu: 25 guests minimum The Legacy Menu: 30 guests minimum (10+ for private chef experience, $500+ per guest)

7. Do you provide staff, rentals, or additional event services? For The Harvest and Legacy Menus, we offer chef-attended service, event staffing, and optional rentals to enhance your experience.

5. Can I customize a menu for my event? Yes! While our tiered menus provide a foundation, we tailor dishes based on your preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal availability.

6. Do you offer beverage service or wine pairings? Yes! We offer wine pairings curated for each menu, along with signature cocktails and premium bar service for our Luxury Menu selections.

Private Meal Prep Questions

8. How does your private meal prep service work? We offer weekly chef-prepared meal delivery, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients tailored to your lifestyle. Essential Plan: 5 meals/week ($350) Executive Plan: 10-14 meals/week ($750–$1,200) Elite Concierge Plan: Full-service meal prep with NDA-protected delivery ($2,500–$5,000)

9. Can I request specific meals or ingredients? Yes! We work with your dietary preferences and ingredient requests to create meals that fit your tastes and health goals.

Dig’n Meal Prep Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy Refunds Before Meal Prep Begins: Full refunds are available if canceled before ingredients are sourced (minimum 7 days' notice). 50% refund if canceled within 3-6 days of the prep start date. No refund if canceled within 48 hours of scheduled meal prep.

Delivery Issues: If an order is delayed or undelivered due to an issue on our end, we will offer a credit for future meals or a partial refund based on the circumstances.

Dig’n Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, ACH, or other). If a refund is granted as a credit toward future meals, the credit will be applied within 48 hours and must be used within 60 days unless otherwise specified. Why 5-10 Business Days? Ensures proper financial processing (especially for high-ticket transactions). Allows Dig’n to review concerns and verify claims (if necessary). Aligns with industry-standard refund policies while maintaining customer trust.

Missed or Skipped Weeks: Clients may pause their subscription once per month with at least 7 days' notice (unused credit rolls over to the next week). No refunds for missed deliveries due to client unavailability.

Meal Satisfaction Policy Personalized Adjustments: If a client is unsatisfied with a meal, we encourage them to provide feedback so we can make adjustments for future orders. Menu Transparency: We provide detailed menus and ingredient lists in advance to ensure clients know what to expect.

Quality Assurance Commitment If there is a clear quality issue or preparation error (not related to personal taste preference), we will address the concern fairly to maintain a high standard of service. Clients are encouraged to communicate dietary preferences or ingredient dislikes before ordering to ensure satisfaction.

Weekly Subscriptions Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following week. Monthly Subscriptions (if applicable): Cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice before the next billing period.

Ingredient Substitutions & Allergies: Refunds are not issued for ingredient changes due to seasonal availability or supply chain issues. Clients must disclose allergies or dietary needs before booking—Dig’n is not responsible for undisclosed food sensitivities.

Refund Policy for Consumed Meals No refunds are issued for meals that have been eaten, partially consumed, or stored improperly. ✔ If a meal is untouched and reported as unsatisfactory within 24 hours of delivery, we will assess the issue and may offer: A meal credit for a future order (case-by-case basis). A partial refund if there is a verifiable issue (e.g., incorrect meal delivered, error on our end).

Booking & Payment Questions

11. How do I request a quote for catering? Visit our “Request a Quote” page and provide: Event type, date, and location Guest count & preferred menu Dietary accommodations & special requests Budget range We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with availability and next steps.

12. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and business invoices. A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

13. What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund, minus non-refundable costs (ingredients, staffing).

High-Profile & Confidentiality Questions

14. Do you offer NDA-protected catering for high-profile clients? Yes. Discretion and privacy are our priority. Upon request, we provide NDA agreements, private deliveries, and a dedicated team for confidential service.

15. Can I book Dig’n for a private in-home chef experience? Yes! Our Elite Concierge Plan includes private chef services. We also offer chef-attended dining for intimate gatherings of 10+ guests.
